firstname - Your first name (i.e. John)

lastname - Your last name (i.e. Smith)

MM - Month of birth (i.e. 01)

DD - Day of birth (i.e. 23)

So, for John Smith, his email would be john.smith0123@academy-la.com

Automatically for the first time you log in, your email password is Laonline2023!

However, if you have already logged in, your password is the one you created.
